Flexible working – who benefits?

by on June 1, 2012

A report by Croner (press release here) suggests that a minority of older workers who work with other people in the UK ( 27% of  those aged 45 to 54)  think that their employers put colleagues with children or families first.

It also reports some regional variation – those in Scotland are apparently least likely to feel this way.

Media coverage of this can be found in The Telegraph and the Daily Mail. The report comes ahead of expected Government plans to allow all employees – regardless of age or life stage – to work flexibly.
