The Youth Employment Challenge: Can UK employers do more?

by on March 19, 2013

The UK Commission for Employment and Skills has published a report this week entitled Scaling the Youth Employment Challenge.

The Commission’s earlier report on youth employment explored the structural changes in the labour market that it concluded have made it difficult for young people to get into work and to progress in a career. The latest report examines the extent to which UK employers are engaging in these types of activities and some of the barriers to making them more widespread.
