HR role in intergenerational learning?

Interesting article by the CIPD in People Management today on HR jobs of the future including bridging the ‘generational divide’:

“Head of Gen Y reverse learning With digital skills in high demand, HR may be required to focus specifically on getting the maximum knowledge from Generation Y. Younger workers who have grown up using smartphones, the internet and social media could teach more senior managers how to get the most from this technology. But someone will need to create a learning programme to bring the two groups together”
