New language for talking about work and later life

A Report recently published by Oxford Brookes University on working in later life highlights the changes in language needed to reflect the options available following the scrapping of the Default Retirement Age.

We are likely to see references to ‘extended working lives’ or ‘late career planning’ instead of simply to ‘retirement’.
